Shipping & Returns

Returns:

For returns, a return authorization is required (RMA) and must be obtained through your online account or by emailing a request to ecommerce@elarasys.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of why the product is being returned. Returns must be received no later than 30 days from your invoice date. All returns must be in original resalable condition. There must not be any physical damage due to abuse or improper use. Your return must be in original condition and include all the original product packaging including, but not limited to, original box with protective inserts, AC adapter, battery, manuals, and UPC code. Any passwords must be removed. Please do not write on the original box. We carry new, recertified and refurbished computers. Please read the full product description and choose carefully. Elarasys Worldwide, LLC reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returns of non-defective merchandise. The shipping cost on new products is nonrefundable. If you received free shipping on the original shipment, shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Elarasys Worldwide, LLC shall not be held responsible for damage or loss of any kind due to use of product purchased from us. Our maximum liability to you is the amount that you paid for the product.


Refunds:


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All items are shipped via your selected carrier unless local pickup was selected. Elarasys Worldwide is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If insurance was selected and your product was lost or stolen, please contact us at ecommerce@elarasys.com and we will assist you with filing the insurance claim.


Refurbished/Used Product:


Elarasys Worldwide, LLC offers several refurbished product offerings. All refurbished products will be clearly indicated on the product page. Elarasys Worldwide, LLC refurbished products come with a 90-day depot product warranty and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Any product labeled as-is is not eligible for return.
Refurbished Laptops are shipped with the original battery unless the optional add on for new battery was selected. We use an application to estimate remaining battery life and no battery will be shipped with less than a 60% estimated battery life unless otherwise noted.
